The hotel exceeded my high expectations in every aspect. the late departure option allowed us to relax and enjoy our last day in London without feeling rushed. the heating kept us warm and cozy on chilly evenings, and the tea and coffee facilities in our room were a nice touch for a late-night pick-me-up. the sitting area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing, and the dining table was ideal for enjoying a meal in comfort. the property's attention to detail, from the comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils, truly made our stay exceptional. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings, and the carpeted floors added a luxurious touch to the room. Overall, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of perfect - it truly was the best stay I've ever had in London.
